La propiedad ha sido arrendada a largo plazo a Hermes Germany.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(M\u00fanich\/Bexbach) En una superficie de terreno de 20,500 metros cuadrados se encuentra un almac\u00e9n sin columnas construido en 2012. Dispone de aproximadamente 4,300 metros cuadrados de espacio log\u00edstico y 340 metros cuadrados de oficinas y \u00e1reas sociales. En el exterior, la propiedad ofrece una superficie de tr\u00e1fico de 7,400 metros cuadrados y 28 plazas para furgonetas, 15 para remolques intercambiables y 17 para autom\u00f3viles.
