La Red Europea de Ferrocarriles NEE habla de una probable financiaci\u00f3n cruzada del d\u00e9ficit de carga a trav\u00e9s de los pagos de tarifas de acceso de sus competidores.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Berl\u00edn) El rendimiento de DB Cargo no solo es especialmente relevante para la competencia intramodal justa desde la perspectiva de los ferrocarriles de mercanc\u00edas, sino que tambi\u00e9n genera en la pol\u00edtica y en la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica conclusiones sobre el sistema ferroviario en general, que siempre asegura poder hacer m\u00e1s. \u00abPara los ferrocarriles de mercanc\u00edas que no pertenecen a DB, que en su mayor\u00eda han estado operando con n\u00fameros positivos incluso en tiempos de pandemia, el s\u00e9ptimo resultado anual negativo de DB Cargo consecutivo no es motivo de alegr\u00eda. La cifra de menos 480 millones de euros, reportada en el &#8216;Tagesspiegel&#8217;, arroja una mala luz sobre toda la industria, que en realidad podr\u00eda lograr mucho m\u00e1s. Por otro lado, DB Cargo debe responder a la pregunta de c\u00f3mo se producen estos resultados.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>La Comisi\u00f3n Europea ha anunciado una investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u00abLas deficiencias en el tr\u00e1fico de vagones individuales no pueden explicarlo todo\u00bb, comenta Peter Westenberger, director general de la Red Europea de Ferrocarriles. La Comisi\u00f3n Europea ha anunciado una investigaci\u00f3n sobre la sospecha de que Cargo ofrece servicios por debajo de los costos y que el d\u00e9ficit resultante se compensa continuamente a trav\u00e9s de los contratos internos de transferencia de ganancias del grupo. \u00abSi, como tambi\u00e9n se desprende del informe del &#8216;Tagesspiegel&#8217;, al mismo tiempo DB Netz genera ganancias significativas, los competidores estar\u00edan financiando en \u00faltima instancia a DB Cargo a trav\u00e9s de sus tarifas de acceso\u00bb, dice Westenberger.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>\u00bfSospecha de financiaci\u00f3n cruzada indebida?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La sospecha de financiaci\u00f3n cruzada indebida dentro del grupo se hace evidente. \u00abUn motivo m\u00e1s para que la pol\u00edtica cancele de inmediato los contratos de control y transferencia de resultados entre el grupo DB y DB Netz y, en un segundo paso, reestructure la divisi\u00f3n de infraestructura de manera orientada al bien com\u00fan, como se anunci\u00f3 en el acuerdo de coalici\u00f3n.\u00bb En una carta al Ministro Federal de Transporte, la asociaci\u00f3n de ferrocarriles de mercanc\u00edas exige abordar las distorsiones de competencia en el mercado ferroviario, as\u00ed como las desventajas para DB Cargo y sus competidores, que surgen de un fomento del transporte por carretera y las deficiencias de calidad en la infraestructura ferroviaria.
