Las \u00e1reas adquiridas poseen condiciones ideales para el desarrollo de un proyecto log\u00edstico.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Bremen) El terreno de construcci\u00f3n se encuentra directamente junto a la autopista A24, salida Wittenburg, y por lo tanto en el \u00e1rea de influencia ampliada del mercado log\u00edstico de Hamburgo. El terreno es muy visible desde ambos lados de la autopista. \u00abLa autopista A24 es el eje principal del tr\u00e1fico de mercanc\u00edas entre Hamburgo y Berl\u00edn.
