El robot m\u00f3vil <\/strong><strong>SOTO<\/strong><strong> automatiza el suministro de material entre el almac\u00e9n y la l\u00ednea de montaje y transporta contenedores de carga peque\u00f1a de forma completamente aut\u00f3noma. El funcionamiento piloto comenz\u00f3 en la ubicaci\u00f3n de Friedrichshafen en el montaje de transmisiones para veh\u00edculos comerciales y ofrece a ambas partes la oportunidad de adquirir experiencia con el robot para la operaci\u00f3n en vivo.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Ya en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, ha existido una estrecha asociaci\u00f3n de desarrollo entre ZF y Magazino. En este contexto, se probaron, entre otras cosas, el prototipo del robot y el mecanismo de agarre para diferentes contenedores de carga peque\u00f1a (KLT). El proyecto piloto comenz\u00f3 en septiembre de 2021 y est\u00e1 previsto que dure aproximadamente un a\u00f1o. Durante este per\u00edodo, se utilizar\u00e1 un modelo de preproducci\u00f3n del robot en varias fases presenciales en el entorno de producci\u00f3n en Friedrichshafen.<br \/>El Dr. Hermann Becker, director de producci\u00f3n de ZF en la ubicaci\u00f3n de Friedrichshafen, dice: \u201cZF ve en los robots m\u00f3viles como SOTO un elemento fundamental para automatizar completamente los procesos log\u00edsticos en la producci\u00f3n, apoyar a los empleados y reducir costos. Los objetivos del proyecto piloto son: ambas partes adquieren experiencia para la futura operaci\u00f3n en vivo, ZF puede aportar sus propios requisitos al desarrollo, Magazino puede seguir optimizando el robot y hacer sus procesos m\u00e1s robustos.\u201d<br \/>Markus Ruder, gerente de proyecto responsable en Magazino, describe el proceso objetivo as\u00ed<em>: <\/em>\u201cEl robot SOTO se encarga del transporte de m\u00e1s de 10 KLT con material desde el punto de almacenamiento hasta la l\u00ednea de montaje. Aqu\u00ed, el robot entrega los KLT en estanter\u00edas inclinadas. Al mismo tiempo, tambi\u00e9n se encarga del transporte de retorno de envases vac\u00edos. Los contenedores VDA pueden alcanzar un peso de hasta 20 kilogramos y tener una superficie base de hasta 600 x 400 mil\u00edmetros. Las c\u00e1maras y sensores permiten un funcionamiento seguro en paralelo a las personas; a trav\u00e9s de c\u00f3digos Data Matrix (DMC), las c\u00e1maras tambi\u00e9n identifican los compartimentos de recogida y entrega correctos.\u201d<\/p>\n<h5><strong>La interfaz ayuda en la gesti\u00f3n del tr\u00e1fico en el taller<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Por primera vez, la <em>interfaz<\/em><em> VDA 5050<\/em> se implementa en un sistema rob\u00f3tico de Magazino. La interfaz intersectorial ayuda principalmente en la gesti\u00f3n del tr\u00e1fico en el taller. El robot SOTO operar\u00e1 en un entorno de trabajo con mucho tr\u00e1fico. Numerosos otros participantes del tr\u00e1fico, como carretillas elevadoras, veh\u00edculos de transporte, FTS y trenes de transporte, comparten las v\u00edas de tr\u00e1fico con SOTO, lo que requiere mantener siempre una visi\u00f3n general.<br \/>Mientras que las l\u00edneas de montaje en la industria manufacturera est\u00e1n altamente automatizadas hoy en d\u00eda, el suministro de material a\u00fan se realiza en su mayor\u00eda de forma manual. Las soluciones anteriores, como los trenes de transporte o los veh\u00edculos de transporte aut\u00f3nomos simples (FTS), no automatizan completamente el proceso, ya que se requiere trabajo manual nuevamente al cargar o descargar.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Soluci\u00f3n completamente aut\u00f3noma<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>El robot SOTO combina estos pasos de proceso elementales en una \u00fanica soluci\u00f3n completamente aut\u00f3noma: la recogida de KLT de diferentes tama\u00f1os, el transporte aut\u00f3nomo de varios KLT de la fuente al destino, as\u00ed como la entrega en estanter\u00edas de paso a diferentes alturas. La recogida de envases vac\u00edos y la rotaci\u00f3n de contenedores de carga peque\u00f1a de 90\u00b0 a 180\u00b0 tambi\u00e9n son parte de sus capacidades.
