Los contenedores que lleguen a la CPA en Finkenwerder Stra\u00dfe 4 sin una reserva de slot v\u00e1lida o con una reserva no v\u00e1lida no ser\u00e1n atendidos por la Aduana de Hamburgo.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Preinscripci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de una interfaz de datos<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La base del SBV es la preinscripci\u00f3n de datos de transporte a trav\u00e9s de una interfaz de datos. Esta preinscripci\u00f3n es obligatoria e incluye, entre otros, informaci\u00f3n sobre el tiempo de transporte previsto. Si hay suficientes capacidades disponibles en la CPA en el momento deseado, se puede reservar el slot para la llegada del cami\u00f3n. De esta manera, se coordinan el transporte en cami\u00f3n y la capacidad de la CPA. Esto tiene como objetivo evitar atascos en las carreteras del puerto y largas esperas para la inspecci\u00f3n de contenedores.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo de la cooperaci\u00f3n es la expansi\u00f3n del sistema para apoyar de la mejor manera posible la log\u00edstica interna y optimizar el flujo de operaciones en la CPA de la Aduana de Hamburgo, as\u00ed como ofrecer portales de acceso unificados a las autoridades en relaci\u00f3n con la realizaci\u00f3n del \u201cBorder One Stop Shops (BOSS)\u201d para los usuarios del puerto.
