En el \u00e1rea hay un nido para halcones de torre y dos hoteles para insectos. Se ha instalado un sistema de energ\u00eda fotovoltaica en el techo.<\/p>\n<p>(M\u00fanich\/M\u00fchldorf) En presencia de Bodo Hollung, director general y socio de LIP Invest, Dr. Franz Hauk, director general de la empresa de proyecto responsable GreenRock, y el gerente de proyecto correspondiente, Jens Edelmann, se coloc\u00f3 la placa de oro en la fachada. Esto confirma oficialmente que con el m\u00e9todo de construcci\u00f3n sostenible se ha logrado una alta calidad en t\u00e9rminos de la huella ecol\u00f3gica del edificio y la biodiversidad. Adem\u00e1s, LIP Invest proporciona en el sitio un nido para halcones de torre y dos hoteles para insectos. Los hoteles para insectos se han instalado en el lugar, protegidos del viento; el nido se montar\u00e1 a gran altura en la fachada de la propiedad log\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn el marco de la estrategia ESG para nuestros fondos, hemos establecido varios aspectos ambientales como objetivos. Aumentar la tasa de certificaci\u00f3n de los activos de la cartera y establecer m\u00e1s nidos y hoteles para insectos para promover la flora y fauna local son componentes integrales\u201d, explica Natalie Weber, jefa de Log\u00edstica e Investigaci\u00f3n en LIP Invest. En Alemania, el sistema de certificaci\u00f3n de la DGNB est\u00e1 muy extendido. Se ha construido un extenso sistema fotovoltaico en las superficies del techo. Esto contribuy\u00f3 a que la propiedad log\u00edstica ya mostrara valores negativos de emisiones de CO<sub>2<\/sub> al momento de su puesta en marcha. En unas semanas, la segunda parte de los m\u00f3dulos fotovoltaicos tambi\u00e9n se conectar\u00e1 a la red. En total, la instalaci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 una potencia m\u00e1xima de 1250 kilovatios.
