(NileDutch). Tras la firma de un contrato de compra en marzo, Hapag-Lloyd ha adquirido formalmente todas las acciones de la empresa, despu\u00e9s de que todas las autoridades de competencia pertinentes dieran su aprobaci\u00f3n a la transacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>(Hamburgo) \u00abEstamos muy contentos con la finalizaci\u00f3n de la transacci\u00f3n y con la posibilidad de aprovechar el enorme potencial que \u00c1frica tiene para ofrecer junto con nuestros nuevos colegas\u00bb, explica Rolf Habben Jansen, CEO de Hapag-Lloyd. \u00abCon la incorporaci\u00f3n de los empleados de NileDutch a nuestra empresa, Hapag-Lloyd aumenta significativamente su personal local en \u00c1frica. Con sede en R\u00f3terdam, NileDutch est\u00e1 presente en 85 ubicaciones en todo el mundo y cuenta con 16 oficinas en los Pa\u00edses Bajos, B\u00e9lgica, Francia, Singapur, China, Angola, Congo y Camer\u00fan.
