El traslado por etapas de la moderna fabricaci\u00f3n, incluidos los laboratorios y puestos de trabajo asociados, dur\u00f3 nueve meses y fue planificado y ejecutado en colaboraci\u00f3n con el operador de traslado de empresas Harder Logistics de Neu-Ulm.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Neu-Ulm\/Bad Camberg) \u00abPudimos completar el proyecto, cuyas primeras planificaciones comenzaron a mediados de 2019, exactamente seg\u00fan el cronograma. Gracias a la estrecha y buena colaboraci\u00f3n con BRITA, logramos cumplir con los plazos incluso en las condiciones de pandemia\u00bb, resume Hermann Allgaier, director general de Harder Logistics.<\/p>\n<p>En total, el operador de traslado desmont\u00f3 15 l\u00edneas de fabricaci\u00f3n y producci\u00f3n en Taunusstein, las transport\u00f3 a Bad Camberg, a 25 km de distancia, y luego las volvi\u00f3 a montar en la nueva instalaci\u00f3n de producci\u00f3n. La planta desmontada en Suiza fue almacenada temporalmente en Harder Logistics en Neu-Ulm y entregada justo a tiempo en la nueva ubicaci\u00f3n. Durante m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o, trabajamos junto con BRITA para establecer cada paso individual con precisi\u00f3n semanal. Todos los involucrados fueron coordinados de tal manera que el tiempo de inactividad de la producci\u00f3n fuera el menor posible. Esto signific\u00f3 ventanas de tiempo muy cortas para los diferentes actores\u00bb, concreta Allgaier.<\/p>\n<p>La nueva instalaci\u00f3n de producci\u00f3n de BRITA se encuentra en la zona industrial \u00abIm Gr\u00fcndchen II\u00bb, cerca de la conexi\u00f3n de la autopista A3. En el terreno de 38,000 m\u00b2 se ha creado una moderna planta de fabricaci\u00f3n, incluidos los laboratorios asociados, con alrededor de 100 puestos de trabajo.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Al menos cinco empleados presentes en el lugar de forma continua<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Las etapas del traslado duraron entre cuatro y 30 d\u00edas, dependiendo del tama\u00f1o y la complejidad de cada l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n. Los primeros traslados comenzaron poco despu\u00e9s de la finalizaci\u00f3n de la estructura b\u00e1sica y los trabajos en el lugar se llevaron a cabo en conjunto con diversas otras especialidades. El equipo de Harder Logistics presente en Bad Camberg estuvo compuesto continuamente por al menos cinco empleados.
