Para ello, Interroll establece sus servicios para clientes nuevos y existentes, que se comercializan bajo la denominaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>(Sant\u2019Antonio) Un elemento central de la nueva organizaci\u00f3n es el nuevo almac\u00e9n central para repuestos est\u00e1ndar en Ketsch, cerca de Heidelberg, que es operado por un socio log\u00edstico eficiente. Aqu\u00ed se mantienen m\u00e1s del 90 por ciento de las piezas de repuesto cr\u00edticas para el funcionamiento de productos clave y m\u00f3dulos de transporte para soluciones de flujo de material, que se basan en las soluciones de plataforma modular de Interroll. Gracias a su ubicaci\u00f3n central en Europa, la conexi\u00f3n directa a los grandes ejes de transporte y la proximidad al aeropuerto de Frankfurt, se garantiza un suministro r\u00e1pido de piezas de repuesto a los clientes y usuarios europeos.<\/p>\n<p>Dependiendo del contrato de servicio correspondiente, se garantiza la entrega de pedidos dentro de las 24 horas. Adem\u00e1s, se ofrecer\u00e1n servicios de instalaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento que incluyen la puesta en marcha en el lugar, el mantenimiento, la inspecci\u00f3n, la reparaci\u00f3n y la optimizaci\u00f3n de soluciones existentes basadas en tecnolog\u00edas de Interroll. Tambi\u00e9n se incluye el soporte en l\u00ednea para medidas de mantenimiento preventivo, as\u00ed como servicios de formaci\u00f3n.
