La distancia era corta, de solo 800 metros, pero la tarea era dif\u00edcil, ya que se trataba de piezas grandes que deb\u00edan ser transportadas desde un taller hasta el puerto cercano, para ser cargadas en un barco con destino final a Rusia.<\/p>\n<p>(Moers; Haren\/Ems) En total, la empresa KAHL tuvo que transportar 6 grandes intercambiadores de calor para dos plantas de licuefacci\u00f3n de gas, que iban a Rusia, desde un taller cercano al puerto hasta el barco de transporte. En meses de trabajo previo, las piezas individuales fueron trasladadas desde diferentes centros de producci\u00f3n a la empresa Barlage en Haren an der Ems. Aqu\u00ed, en la ubicaci\u00f3n, las piezas fueron ensambladas en un gran taller y completadas como enormes intercambiadores de calor. Los intercambiadores de calor consist\u00edan en dos enfriadores con un peso de 658 t, dimensiones de 46,33 x 6,22 x 7,32 m (LxBxH), dos enfriadores con un peso de 429 t, dimensiones de 29,06 x 5,58 x 7,53 m (LxBxH), y dos enfriadores con un peso de 466 t, dimensiones de 32,25 x 6,42 x 6,95 m (LxBxH).<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Grandes desaf\u00edos debido a las condiciones de espacio<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p> El grupo KAHL ten\u00eda la tarea de transportar los intercambiadores de calor desde el taller de fabricaci\u00f3n hasta el punto de carga en el muelle del puerto con su equipo de transporte pesado. All\u00ed, dos gr\u00faas de gran tonelaje (LR 1600) esperaban para levantar los intercambiadores de calor en el vientre del barco de carga. Aunque la distancia de transporte era de solo aproximadamente 800 m, los desaf\u00edos eran enormes debido a las limitaciones de espacio, ya que se deb\u00eda rodear todo el muelle del puerto.Para el enfriador de aproximadamente 658 t, el equipo de transporte utiliz\u00f3 sus probados m\u00f3dulos de transporte pesado Goldhofer. En la configuraci\u00f3n como remolque con 2 x 12 ejes PST\/SL-E P(1+1\/2), el coloso fue levantado hidr\u00e1ulicamente sin ayuda de gr\u00faas externas. La combinaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos P(1+1\/2) es una llamada versi\u00f3n dividida. En este caso, un m\u00f3dulo de veh\u00edculo se divide longitudinalmente y se acopla en paralelo con otro m\u00f3dulo. Esto ofrece, por un lado, una estabilidad notablemente mejor que un veh\u00edculo de ancho simple y, por otro lado, requiere menos espacio para maniobrar que la versi\u00f3n de doble ancho P(1+1). El respectivo veh\u00edculo de 12 ejes fue impulsado por un potente Powerpack de 490 CV. Dado que los 658 t estaban fijados en los dos veh\u00edculos autopropulsados de una y media veces, ya era un logro monumental superar las tres curvas de 90\u00b0 con una longitud total de m\u00e1s de 50 m y un ancho de carga de 6,43 m.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Algunas maniobras de maniobra necesarias<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p> Algunos obst\u00e1culos fijos (instalaciones de silo, muros, farolas, etc.) as\u00ed como componentes de construcci\u00f3n estacionados obligaron a los especialistas a realizar algunas maniobras de maniobra. Gracias a la direcci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica de todos los ejes, el tren completo pudo pasar por los estrechos pasajes a paso de tortuga.
