Se ha acordado un cr\u00e9dito sindicado por un importe de 417 millones de d\u00f3lares y una financiaci\u00f3n de arrendamiento por un importe de 472 millones de d\u00f3lares. Ambas transacciones cumplen con los principios de pr\u00e9stamos verdes de la Loan Market Association.<\/p>\n<p>(Hamburgo) Hapag-Lloyd est\u00e1 explorando nuevos caminos en la financiaci\u00f3n con dos transacciones debut que se han completado de acuerdo con los principios de pr\u00e9stamos verdes de la Loan Market Association. Esto ha sido confirmado por una opini\u00f3n independiente en forma de una opini\u00f3n de parte secundaria de DNV GL. Ambas transacciones est\u00e1n vinculadas a la financiaci\u00f3n de seis buques portacontenedores ultragrandes de 23.500 TEU que fueron pedidos en diciembre de 2020.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Plazo de doce a\u00f1os<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>El pr\u00e9stamo verde sindicado tiene un volumen de 417 millones de d\u00f3lares con un plazo de doce a\u00f1os y se destina a la financiaci\u00f3n de tres de los seis buques portacontenedores pedidos. El pr\u00e9stamo est\u00e1 respaldado por la Korea Trade Insurance Corporation (K-SURE) y el consorcio prestamista est\u00e1 compuesto por once bancos. Esta transacci\u00f3n fue estructurada y coordinada principalmente por KfW IPEX-Bank y BNP Paribas.
