Los detalles de las primeras cuatro promesas de calidad ya est\u00e1n disponibles. Se publicar\u00e1n otras seis promesas hasta finales de 2021 y tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1n visibles en el dashboard personalizado.<\/p>\n<p>(Hamburgo) Hapag-Lloyd ha presentado su nuevo &#8216;Customer Dashboard&#8217;. Los clientes de la naviera tienen acceso a informaci\u00f3n de rendimiento individual basada en sus propios env\u00edos con Hapag-Lloyd. Las cuatro promesas de calidad publicadas hasta ahora - &#8216;Confirmaci\u00f3n de reserva r\u00e1pida&#8217;, &#8216;Emisi\u00f3n r\u00e1pida y precisa del conocimiento de embarque&#8217;, &#8216;Facturaci\u00f3n correcta&#8217; y &#8216;Cargado como se reserv\u00f3&#8217; - se pueden consultar f\u00e1cilmente a trav\u00e9s del dashboard.
