(NEE) est\u00e1 luchando con una carta larga y clara dirigida a Margrethe Vestager (Comisaria de la UE para la Competencia) y Adina-Ioana V\u0103lean (Comisaria de la UE para el Transporte) por una competencia justa en el ferrocarril, especialmente en el transporte de mercanc\u00edas. Con la subvenci\u00f3n de la DB por parte del Gobierno Federal Alem\u00e1n, NEE ve una clara distorsi\u00f3n de la competencia y quiere actuar en consecuencia.<\/p>\n<p>(Berl\u00edn) El Gobierno Federal y el Bundestag tienen la intenci\u00f3n de proporcionar a Deutsche Bahn AG hasta cinco mil millones de euros como aporte de capital propio a\u00fan este a\u00f1o, justificando esta medida por los efectos de la pandemia de COVID-19. Desde la perspectiva de la Red de Ferrocarriles Europeos e.V. (NEE), esta medida es ilegal seg\u00fan el derecho de la UE, ya que, independientemente de la necesidad de apoyar a las empresas de transporte de mercanc\u00edas afectadas por el COVID, en la forma prevista distorsionar\u00eda masivamente la competencia justa en favor de las empresas de mercanc\u00edas de DB. Tambi\u00e9n en la pandemia, se aplican reglas europeas que protegen los compromisos empresariales y los empleos de la arbitrariedad de las subvenciones.<\/p>\n<h5>Grave distorsi\u00f3n de la competencia<\/h5>\n<p>El aumento de capital previsto significar\u00eda una grave distorsi\u00f3n de la competencia para las empresas de transporte de mercanc\u00edas representadas por NEE, que no pertenecen al grupo DB. Desde la perspectiva de NEE, es especialmente lamentable que los esfuerzos generalmente alineados de los ferrocarriles competidores y de DB Cargo para trasladar el tr\u00e1fico de la carretera al ferrocarril se vean socavados pol\u00edticamente por la desventaja de los ferrocarriles competidores, poniendo en peligro as\u00ed la historia de \u00e9xito de la competencia (duplicaci\u00f3n del transporte de mercanc\u00edas por ferrocarril desde mediados de los a\u00f1os noventa).
