Se critica principalmente la burocracia en la creaci\u00f3n de v\u00edas de conexi\u00f3n y la falta de suficientes estaciones de carga en la superficie.<\/p>\n<p>(PresseBox: Berl\u00edn) El Ministerio Federal de Transporte (BMVI) public\u00f3 en junio de 2020 el plan maestro de transporte ferroviario. En el marco del paquete de est\u00edmulo, se destinar\u00e1n 7.500 millones de euros para la renovaci\u00f3n de la infraestructura. En un documento de posici\u00f3n, la Asociaci\u00f3n de Madera en Bruto (AGR) se expresa cr\u00edticamente: La reforma contiene muy pocas medidas para promover el transporte de mercanc\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>El transporte de mercanc\u00edas se considera en los planes del BMVI principalmente a trav\u00e9s de la expansi\u00f3n del n\u00famero de rutas, la electrificaci\u00f3n adicional y la igualdad en el horario alem\u00e1n. Este prev\u00e9 una frecuencia de media hora para los trenes de pasajeros en todos los ejes principales de tr\u00e1fico en Alemania, sin que se restrinja el transporte de mercanc\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, hay una necesidad de mejora, ya que, en vista de los ahorros de CO<sub>2<\/sub>, el transporte de madera tambi\u00e9n deber\u00eda aumentar por ferrocarril. \u00abMuchas empresas de la industria de la madera transportar\u00edan m\u00e1s madera por tren si los procedimientos de establecimiento para las conexiones de v\u00edas, que hoy en d\u00eda son a\u00fan prolongados, se desburocratizaran y hubiera una red de centros de carga de madera en toda la superficie\u00bb, comenta Leonhard Nossol, presidente de la AGR.<\/p>\n<h5>Faltan estaciones de carga en \u00e1reas rurales<\/h5>\n<p>Particularmente en vista de la probable continuaci\u00f3n de la madera da\u00f1ada por tormentas y escarabajos, el transporte a trav\u00e9s de estaciones de carga en \u00e1reas rurales podr\u00eda proporcionar un alivio r\u00e1pido en los bosques. \u00abSolo a trav\u00e9s del r\u00e1pido transporte de la madera da\u00f1ada podemos proteger los bosques de da\u00f1os masivos adicionales, y el transporte por ferrocarril juega un papel clave en esto\u00bb, a\u00f1ade Lukas Freise, director general de la AGR.<\/p>\n<p>Una encuesta entre los miembros de la AGR y la Asociaci\u00f3n Federal de la Industria de la Madera y Sawmill de Alemania (DeSH) confirma: La falta de estaciones de carga en la superficie es uno de los mayores obst\u00e1culos para la expansi\u00f3n del transporte de madera por ferrocarril.<\/p>\n<p>El plan maestro de transporte ferroviario es un paso en la direcci\u00f3n correcta. Sin embargo, desde la perspectiva de la AGR, el enfoque est\u00e1 demasiado centrado en el horario alem\u00e1n en el transporte de pasajeros.
