Wisetech Global acquires Swiss company Sisa
Global logistics solutions group, Wise Tech Global, has acquired Sisa Studio Informatica SA (Sisa), a customs and freight forwarding solutions provider in Switzerland. Headquartered in Lugano, Sisa is a major player in the Swiss market for providing customs and logistics solutions including customs clearance, freight forwarding and bonded warehouse management. Sisa’s customers include DHL Logistics (Switzerland), Fiege Logistik (Switzerland), Fedex, Post CH, Agility Logistics, F. Hoffmann-La Roche and other logistics services providers.
