Third distinction for the French Parc des Aiguilles
At the Salon des Maires in Marseille on Monday, 13 November 2023, the Parc des Aiguilles was awarded the Parc + level 2 label: a third distinction for its commitment to sustainable development, following the “Special Jury Prize” at the Supply Chain Agora Awards and the “Logistics Strategies Prize for Sustainable Innovation”.
Hasna Berkia Guez, CSR director of the real estate developer Barjane, was joined by Michel Illac, mayor of Ensuès la Redonne, to receive this distinction, the fruit of a close collaboration with the local community.
On this occasion, the commune of Ensuès was also awarded the "Area Committed to Nature" label by the French office for biodiversity in a programme which Barjane has also been pursuing since 2021. (cj)
