Ten days paid fertility leave
European transport and logistics provider XPO is now offering ten days of additional paid leave for UK and Ireland colleagues while they or their partners undergo fertility treatment. This applies equally to anyone in any relationship.
The policy is part of XPO’s commitment to ensuring that its people receive the care and support they need during some of the most stressful times of their lives.
Lynn Brown, vice president – human resources – UK and Ireland, XPO Logistics: “We’re there for our people when they need us the most. We understand that fertility treatment is hugely stressful, so we are doing what we can to remove finance-related concerns.”
