Scannell Properties expands German team
On 1 February Scannell Properties appointed Lukas Imdahl as the director of its development activities in Germany. He oversees site acquisitions and the development of build-to-suit and speculative projects in the country. Imdahl previously worked at Evolutiq and Panattoni, specialising in land acquisition.
“Germany remains a key logistics market due to its central location, population density and infrastructure,” said Jan Imfeld, country head for Germany. “Lukas’s expertise in complex developments, particularly brownfield sites, strengthens our team as we enter our next growth phase.”
Imdahl highlighted the need for agile solutions in response to slow economic growth, land scarcity and high environmental standards. He aims to optimise project execution while focusing on sustainable, high-impact development. (ah)
