OOCL: records - of the past


For the full year 2022, the Hong-Kong-based OOIL Group saw its revenues climb by 19.1% in comparison to 2021, while volumes decreased by 6%. Loadable capacity also declined by 4.3%.

 

The overall load factor was almost even (-1.5%) compared to the same period in 2021. Average revenue per teu grew by a significant 26.7% compared to 2021.

 

The turning point was Q4/2022, in which revenues dropped by 34.8% to USD 3.2 billion, as compared to Q4/2021. Overall average revenue per teu fell by 30.9% compared to Q4/2021. (sh)
