Northrail broadens its international footprint

Northrail, a Hamburg-based rental provider and asset manager for rolling stock, has appointed Birgit Mazur as its new head of sales international. Her task will be to spearhead the expansion of the company’s international business as from 3 September 2024.

Mazur has more than 20 years of experience at internationally operating railway companies. She has held various management positions in the rail industry, including at Captrain and Siemens Mobility.

While Mazur will focus on expanding into new European markets, Danny Müller-Dröge will continue to manage sales activities in German-speaking countries as head of sales DACH. This new strategic division will enable Northrail to further consolidate existing markets and to explore new opportunities in Europe. (cj)
