On the world maritime day, the Switzerland-based carrier published its fourth report on sustainability. This year's report, called ‘Sustainable shipping for a sustainable planet’, also raised awareness of the United Nations' sustainable development goals (SDGs).
The activities of all companies of the MSC group are based on four strategic pillars: social inclusion, environment, occupational health and safety, business ethics and protection of human rights. The 2019 report also includes a special insert on Covid-19 (mw).
