More French desserts well preserved

The Mademoiselle Desserts Group, a European specialist in the frozen pastry trade, finalised the acquisition of the Stef warehouse in Thenon in March 2022.

The additional 40,000 sqm of warehouse capacity helps centralise the storage of finished products from the company's factories in Thenon, Valade, Argenton-sur-Creuse and Renaison within a single consolidation point called the “south hub”.

The "north hub" in Arras, on the other hand, will combine the storage requirements for the factories of Tincques, Saint-Renan and Broons as from 2023, when more than 12,000 pallet spaces will become available. Eventually, products destined for UK will also be stored in Arras.

Built in 1987, the Stef de Thenon site consists of 40,000 sqmof storage space, including 37,000 sqm of cool chain capacities, i.e. approximately 8,000 pallet spaces. (sh)
