Hupac to run more trains to Italy

Swiss combined transport operator Hupac is increasing the frequency of its train services between Germany and Italy as of today, Monday 5 September 2022. They will now run six round trips a week between Duisburg (Germany) and Pordernone in Friuli-Venezia Giulia (Italy), - twice as often as before.

From Duisburg, the intermodal specialist also operates connecting services to and from Poland. Hupac will also raise the number of departures between Ludwigshafen (Germany) and Novara near Milan (Italy) from 5 September 2022 from five to six round trips per week.

From Novara there are connecting services to southern Italy. Trucks with a corner height of up to 4 m (P4) can be carried on the Duisburg-Porderonone and Ludwigshafen-Novara routes. (ben)
