Gruber Logistics integrates ZBP
Gruber Logistics has completed the integration of Züst & Bachmeier Project (ZBP) into its corporate structure, as the company has reported.
Since early 2025 the project cargo specialist has operated under the name Gruber Logistics Project , marking the completion of a process initiated with the acquisition of Universal Transport in 2022. Customers of Gruber’s newly branded project cargo solutions division will benefit from established structures, with locations and contacts remaining unchanged. The Nuremberg branch is led by Andreas Wöhler, while Marcel Zare oversees operations in Düsseldorf.
A key focus remains on multimodal transport. In Nürnberg, Gruber Logistics manages inland waterway shipments, and in this context recently transported 13 transformers, each weighing 197 t, across Germany, from Nürnberg to Krefeld.
This integration grants customers access to Gruber's service portfolio, including heavy and oversized transport, air and sea freight, project logistics and industrial assembly solutions. (js)
