From Schenker to Dachser
Philipp Toscana assumed his new position as manager of the forwarding department at the Dachser site in Wundschuh near Graz (Austria) on 2 September 2024. With 23 years of experience in the logistics industry, he brings both in-depth knowledge and valuable leadership skills to this role.
Toscana worked as sales manager at Gebrüder Weiss Paketdienst until 2016 and then moved to Schenker. In his professional career, the native Styrian has held regional and national management positions in sales.
With its two business segments European logistics and air & sea logistics, Dachser Austria is a strong player in Austria’s logistics market. In FY/2023, the company moved 2.1 million shipments weighing 1.1 million t. (cj)
