Four Parx picks Eileen Teichmann
Four Parx, a project developer specialising in innovative and sustainable commercial and logistics space, has chosen its innovation manager Eileen Teichmann to head the property management division.
Teichmann’s responsibilities include planning, controlling, reporting and risk management for industrial and logistics real estate on behalf of external users and investors.
She will also manage properties in the company's own portfolio. A qualified real estate manager, Teichmann has ten years of professional experience. Before joining Four Parx, she worked as property manager for Berem Property Management, a subsidiary of Beos AG, and for Apleona Real Estate Management. (cj)
