Expanding business in Lyon region
In Saint-Quentin Fallavier, in the heart of the Chesnes Park – Segro’s logistics zone with 2 million sqm and 13,000 jobs – Bansard Seko has decided to develop a new 11,000 sqm logistics site with delivery scheduled for October 2023. This new platform will enable the group to offer new storage capacities.
With this investment, Bansard Seko is planning to expand its portfolio of fulfilment services and e-commerce logistics solutions in the Lyon region in response to customer demand, particularly in the supply chain sector.
The new location has a surface area of 10,775 sqm, a clearance hight of 12 m, 15 platform doors and ground level access as well as a vehicle parking with 60 outdoor spaces.
The park has been given the Biodiver City Life label, as the developer has designed a 20,000 sqm green island with tree groves and a landscaped pond, intended to encourage the return of biodiversity on site. (ben)
