Breb creates offshore services portfolio
German shipping company Breb has introduced a new port & offshore services division to address increasing demands in the maritime industry, particularly in wind energy. This division’s portfolio includes offshore logistics, equipment rental, and marine agency services.
Operating from Cuxhaven, which has become a key hub for offshore wind energy, Breb’s joint venture, Blue Water Breb, provides serves major clients such as Vestas and Siemens Gamesa. The aim of the expansion is to improve its support for the offshore industry, the company said. (pb)
