Big in Poland
In Poland, CAT and the Polish subsidiary of the Mosolf Group have merged to form CAT Mosolf Polska (CMPL), which, with Gefco, makes them the largest competitors in car transport across Europe.
The merger has already been approved by the relevant competition authorities and will officially come into effect on 1 May 2021. The result is a team of over 600 professionals, a nationwide network of branches across Poland, 50,000 parking spaces and 400 car transporters.
CMPL's finished vehicle logistics portfolio includes international road and rail transport, storage yard management, port services, customs clearance and the processing of insurance claims and inspections. CMPL takes over from the moment the vehicle leaves the factory until it arrives at the dealer. (sh)
