Another last mile location close to LAX
Omni Logistics has opened a new warehouse and cross-dock facility near Los Angeles in California, as the next chapter of the company's expansion with new facilities in Nashville, Portland San Francisco, Philadelphia and a Dallas-based logistics campus.
The site is located near Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), offers 42 dock doors, 10,000+ pallet positions and 1,625 sqm. The facility was planned as a final mile location, supporting local pickup and delivery options with Omni Logistics’ fleet of sprinter vans, straight trucks and box trucks.
The company’s chief executive officer, JJ Schickel, said: “Los Angeles and Long Beach are both major economic drivers for the logistics industry and provide Omni Logistics the opportunity to expand our reach." (sh)
