Adding two warehouses at Port Everglades

Broward County's Port Everglades, a Southern Florida gateway for international trade, is expanding its business offer with the construction of two warehouses for distribution and logistical services.

Seagis Property Group is 75% complete with its 18,650 sqm speculative development just outside Port Everglades’ security entrance.

It expects construction to be complete in September. The other new building project is being carried out by Bridge Industrial, which anticipates completing its 15,800 sqm logistics facility in Q2/2024. It is situated on the former site of Park ‘N Fly.

Jonathan Daniels, CEO and Port Director: "The creation of warehouses immediately adjacent to Port Everglades is an indication of our seaport’s strength and standing in the marketplace. The private sector understands the advantages of partnering with our port." (lh)
