A journey from intern to CCO
Global GSA Group has named Zafer Aggunduz as its new chief commercial officer.
In his role he’ll spearhead global commercial strategies, with a focus on airline partnerships, market expansion and sustainable growth. Aggunduz, who started as an intern in 2011, has grown into a key member of the executive team. “I’m excited to shape the commercial future of the Global GSA Group and work with our team to deliver innovative solutions for our airline partners,” he said.
Founder and CEO Ismail Durmaz, who established the company in Amsterdam in 1995, highlighted Aggunduz’s industry expertise and strategic insight as vital assets for expansion and digital transformation. His role will involve strengthening partnerships, fine-tuning strategies and driving efficiency as the company gears up for further growth. (ah)
