A GSSA goes back to school
The ECS Group has enhanced its sustainability pillar by integrating a new learning programme into its ‘Discovery’ training platform. Based on ‘AXA Climate School’, the course educates employees on climate change and encourages actionable sustainability initiatives.
“As a leading GSSA we have the responsibility to drive sustainable change,” said ECS Group CEO Jean Ceccaldi. “By embedding ‘AXA Climate School’ in ‘Discovery’ we’ve empowered employees to make informed choices that support a cleaner future.”
The programme covers key topics through interactive courses, including carbon reduction and energy efficiency. After positive employee feedback new modules will be introduced in 2025, to further reinforce the ECS Group’s commitment to sustainability. (ah)
