15 in 15 for UBV
The UBV Group has acquired 100% of ISL Nardi, a Milan-based logistician that specialises in international forwarding. The acquisition has been designed to strengthen UBV’s market position and supports its growth strategy, which focuses on Europe and Asia.
ISL Nardi operates in the sea, air, overland and railfreight segments, with subsidiaries in China and Turkey. The company recorded revenues of EUR 60 million in 2024.
UBV, which manages daily shipments in Italy, Europe and worldwide, now has 18 branches and a consolidated revenue of EUR 260 million. This acquisition is in line with UBV’s international expansion plans and reinforces its presence in key global trade routes.
The acquisition marks UBV’s 15th takeover in 15 years and will support “our goal of establishing our presence abroad, particularly in our strongest market, China,” as UBV chairman of the board Pietro Porro put it. (js)
