Der deutsche Anbieter im Bereich Korrosionsschutz hat ein spezialisiertes Beschichtungssystem auf einen Doppeltr\u00e4gerkran in einer Komposthalle angewendet, wie er mitteilt.<\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen des Projekts wurde der 40-Tonnen-Kran einer \u00dcberholung unterzogen. Der vorherige Korrosionsschutz war aufgrund der typischen Mikroorganismen-induzierten Korrosion in Bioenergieanlagen nicht mehr funktionsf\u00e4hig. Steelpaint hat in diesem Zusammenhang nach eigenen Angaben ein neues System implementiert, das den spezifischen Anforderungen der Umgebung gerecht wird.<\/p>\n<p>Nach dem Stahlstrahlen wurde ein Zweischichtsystem aufgetragen, das aus einer &#8222;Stelcatec-L-PR-Grundierung&#8220; und einer &#8222;Stelcatec-L-NT-Deckschicht&#8220; besteht. Diese Kombination soll den Kran, der f\u00fcr die Umverteilung von Biomasse wie Holzsp\u00e4nen und organischen Abf\u00e4llen eingesetzt wird, sch\u00fctzen.
