Das Unternehmen hat mit der Implementierung von RELEX Store Operations begonnen, um die Bestellung frischer Produkte zu automatisieren und die Verf\u00fcgbarkeit in den verschiedenen Frischwarenkategorien zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<p>Chronodrive betreibt 56 Drive-Lagerstandorte, an denen jede Kundenbestellung individuell vorbereitet wird. Frische und die Verf\u00fcgbarkeit in Echtzeit haben dabei h\u00f6chste Priorit\u00e4t. Frische Produkte sind ein wesentlicher Anziehungspunkt f\u00fcr das Unternehmen, stellen jedoch auch eine der komplexesten Kategorien dar, da sie mit hoher Nachfrageschwankung, kurzen Haltbarkeiten und engen Nachschubfenstern verbunden sind.<\/p>\n<p>Um diese Herausforderungen zu bew\u00e4ltigen, hat sich Chronodrive f\u00fcr RELEX Store Operations entschieden, das die Automatisierung von Bestellungen und das Bestandsmanagement in den Frischwarenkategorien erm\u00f6glicht. RELEX erstellt Nachfrageprognosen, die Haltbarkeit, Saisonalit\u00e4t und Nachfrageschwankungen auf SKU-Ebene ber\u00fccksichtigen. Dies hilft, Frische, Verf\u00fcgbarkeit und Abfallreduzierung im Sortiment auszubalancieren. Durch die direkte Verbindung von Prognosen mit Nachschubentscheidungen strebt der Einzelh\u00e4ndler an, den Verderb zu reduzieren und gleichzeitig eine hohe Verf\u00fcgbarkeit an allen Standorten aufrechtzuerhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Nach einem Monat im Live-Betrieb verzeichnete Chronodrive eine signifikante Reduzierung des Verderbs von Obst und Gem\u00fcse in den Drive-Lagern sowie eine st\u00e4rkere \u00dcbereinstimmung zwischen Nachschubbestellungen und der tats\u00e4chlichen Kundennachfrage.
