Dies ist der dritte Vertrag, der f\u00fcr die Planung dieses Bereichs des zuk\u00fcnftigen Flughafens vergeben wurde. Die Er\u00f6ffnung des Flughafens ist f\u00fcr das Jahr 2032 vorgesehen.<\/p>\n<h3>Entwicklung der Frachtinfrastruktur<\/h3>\n<p>Das Cargo 3-Projekt umfasst die Entwicklung eines Komplexes von Einrichtungen sowie der unterst\u00fctzenden Infrastruktur f\u00fcr einen Bodenabfertigungsdienstleister, der f\u00fcr die umfassende Abwicklung von Frachtoperationen auf dem Flughafenvorfeld zust\u00e4ndig ist. Dazu geh\u00f6ren sowohl Export- als auch Importfracht. Der Wert des Vertrags bel\u00e4uft sich auf etwa 1,5 Mio. EUR (netto).<\/p>\n<p>Ziel der Investition ist die Schaffung einer Frachtumschlagseinrichtung, die den Transport von G\u00fctern sowohl von externen Einrichtungen zu Flugzeugen als auch umgekehrt erm\u00f6glicht. Die Einrichtung wird Lager-, Umschlag- und Logistikfunktionen kombinieren, um die Lagerzeit zu minimieren und gleichzeitig den Durchsatz zu maximieren. Dies ist entscheidend f\u00fcr die reibungslose Abwicklung von Luftfrachtdiensten.<\/p>\n<h3>Strategische Lage und zuk\u00fcnftige Erweiterungen<\/h3>\n<p>Das Geb\u00e4ude wird im zentral-westlichen Teil des Flughafens errichtet, innerhalb des f\u00fcr Frachtoperationen vorgesehenen Bereichs. Die Lage, direkt an der Grenze zwischen dem Sicherheitsbereich und dem \u00f6ffentlichen Bereich, erm\u00f6glicht einen bequemen Zugang sowohl zum operativen Bereich des Flughafens als auch zum \u00fcbergeordneten Verkehrsnetz. Dies wird die effiziente Bewegung von Fracht und G\u00fctern unterst\u00fctzen und die Transportoperationen sowohl innerhalb des Flughafens als auch dar\u00fcber hinaus f\u00f6rdern. Die genehmigten Pl\u00e4ne sehen zudem eine zuk\u00fcnftige Erweiterung vor.<\/p>\n<p>Der Vertrag umfasst auch die Planung eines modernen, funktionalen und sicheren Geb\u00e4udes f\u00fcr die Dienste, die f\u00fcr die Sicherheits- und Inspektionskontrolle von Luftfracht verantwortlich sind. Das Dienstleistungsgeb\u00e4ude wird strategisch an der Schnittstelle zwischen dem operativen Bereich des Flughafens und dem \u00f6ffentlichen Bereich platziert. Diese Lage bietet eine optimale Basis f\u00fcr Inspektions-, Logistik- und Verwaltungsaktivit\u00e4ten im Zusammenhang mit der Zollabfertigung und gew\u00e4hrleistet gleichzeitig einen effizienten Zugang zur Flughafeninfrastruktur sowie zu den Bereichen, die den Fluggesellschaften, Zollagenten und \u00f6ffentlichen Beh\u00f6rden dienen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/2026\/04\/30\/cpk-commissions-budoprojekt-for-second-cargo-area\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Die ersten beiden Vertr\u00e4ge f\u00fcr die Planung der Infrastruktur von Cargo 1 und Cargo 2 wurden an Cundall Polska bzw. Budoprojekt Cooperative Enterprise vergeben<\/a>. Die Planungsarbeiten f\u00fcr die Frachtzone wurden in drei Pakete unterteilt, um dem Umfang des Projekts und den unterschiedlichen Merkmalen der geplanten Infrastruktur Rechnung zu tragen. Gem\u00e4ss dem Projektzeitplan wird erwartet, dass die Frachtanlagen bis Ende 2031 betriebsbereit sind.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/portpolska.pl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener
