Diese Entscheidung erfolgt im Rahmen eines geplanten F\u00fchrungswechsels, da Mark Cabrera nach zehn Jahren im Amt in den Ruhestand geht. Martin, der zuvor als Chief Operating Officer (COO) t\u00e4tig war, bringt umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Logistik- und Lieferkettenbranche mit und hat massgeblich zur Entwicklung der Wachstums- und Betriebsstrategie des US-Logistikunternehmens mit Sitz in Lakeland, Florida, beigetragen.<\/p>\n<p>Cabrera, der seit 2015 als CEO fungierte, \u00e4usserte sich positiv \u00fcber seinen Nachfolger:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201eGrady ist ein bew\u00e4hrter Leader mit einem tiefen Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr unser Gesch\u00e4ft, unsere Kunden und unsere Mitarbeiter.
