Ziel dieses Projekts ist es, Reifenabrieb erstmals standardisiert und praxisnah im Labor zu erzeugen, zu analysieren und zu prognostizieren. Die Ergebnisse der ersten Runde umfassen unter anderem Daten zu Referenzabrieb, Partikelanalytik, tribologischen Modellen, KI-gest\u00fctzter Oberfl\u00e4chenanalyse sowie Konzepte f\u00fcr Pr\u00fcfst\u00e4nde und Methoden zur Schnellalterung und VOC-Detektion.<\/p>\n<h3>Fortschritte in der Reifenindustrie<\/h3>\n<p>Das Projekt \u201eTechnologieplattform f\u00fcr Reifenabrieb und dessen Emissionsidentifikation im Stra\u00dfenverkehr TERIS\u201c zielt laut dem Institut darauf ab, die Entwicklung von Reifen und Gummimischungen voranzutreiben. Mit dem Abschluss des ersten Meilensteins und dem damit verbundenen Projektreview sei ein wesentlicher Schritt vollzogen worden. Dies wurde auch durch den Beratungskreis, der aus Fachleuten der Industrie besteht, best\u00e4tigt.<\/p>\n<p>Die neu entwickelten Standards f\u00fcr die Laboranalyse und Prognose von Reifenabrieb basieren auf einer Kombination verschiedener Sammel- und Messverfahren. Diese sollen eine pr\u00e4zise Analyse sowohl schwebender als auch sedimentierender Partikelfraktionen erm\u00f6glichen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurden tribologische Modelle erstellt, die den Zusammenhang zwischen Belastungsparametern, Materialeigenschaften, Oberfl\u00e4chenstruktur und der Bildung von Partikeln untersuchen.
