Juli 2026 in Kraft treten soll. Ziel dieser Massnahme ist es, das Wachstum zu beschleunigen, den Fokus zu sch\u00e4rfen und die Ressourcen effizienter \u00fcber das Portfolio der bekannten Marken zu verteilen.<\/p>\n<h3>Neue regionale Aufteilung<\/h3>\n<p>Im Rahmen der neuen Struktur wird Kraft Heinz in drei Regionen unterteilt: Nordamerika, Europa sowie Pazifische entwickelte M\u00e4rkte und Schwellenl\u00e4nder. Die Region der Schwellenl\u00e4nder wird die asiatischen Schwellenm\u00e4rkte sowie die westlichen und \u00f6stlichen Schwellenm\u00e4rkte zusammenfassen. Marcel Regis wird als Regionalpr\u00e4sident f\u00fcr die Schwellenl\u00e4nder fungieren. Die europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4nder, die derzeit in den westlichen und \u00f6stlichen Schwellenm\u00e4rkten organisiert sind, werden in die Kategorie der pazifischen entwickelten M\u00e4rkte \u00fcberf\u00fchrt, die von Willem Brandt geleitet wird. Nordamerika, das die USA und Kanada umfasst, bleibt unter der Leitung von Nico Amaya.<\/p>\n<h3>Fokus auf Beschaffung und Lieferkette<\/h3>\n<p>Ein zentraler Bestandteil der Umstrukturierung ist die Zusammenlegung des Bereichs Beschaffung und Lieferkette in eine zentrale Funktion. Diese wird unter der Leitung von Janelle Aydin (Foto) stehen, die die Rolle der Global Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer \u00fcbernehmen wird. Diese Entscheidung zielt darauf ab, die Verwaltung der gesamten Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette zu optimieren und die Resilienz der Lieferkette zu st\u00e4rken. Durch diese zentrale Funktion erwartet Kraft Heinz eine effizientere Nutzung der Ressourcen und eine verbesserte Reaktionsf\u00e4higkeit auf Marktver\u00e4nderungen.<\/p>\n<p>Steve Cahillane, CEO von Kraft Heinz, \u00e4usserte sich zu den Ver\u00e4nderungen: \u201eWir bauen in vielen Bereichen des Unternehmens Momentum auf, und diese neue Struktur wird uns helfen, unseren Fortschritt erheblich zu beschleunigen und zu skalieren.\u201c Die Zusammenf\u00fchrung von Beschaffung und Lieferkette soll nicht nur die Effizienz steigern, sondern auch eine bessere Integration der Prozesse erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Zuge dieser Umstrukturierung werden Cory Onell, Chief Omnichannel Sales &amp; Asia Emerging Markets Officer, und Flavio Torres, Global Chief Supply Chain Officer, ihre aktuellen Positionen aufgeben.
