Der Bericht weist darauf hin, dass bis 2026 ein Mangel von 39.100 STCW-zertifizierten Offizieren zu erwarten ist, w\u00e4hrend gleichzeitig ein \u00dcberschuss von 56.890 Mannschaften besteht. Um den zuk\u00fcnftigen Bedarf bis zum Jahr 2030 zu decken, wird gesch\u00e4tzt, dass j\u00e4hrlich zus\u00e4tzlich 22.747 Offiziere und 8.475 Mannschaften eingestellt werden m\u00fcssen. Dies entspricht einem durchschnittlichen j\u00e4hrlichen Anstieg von 2,0 % f\u00fcr Offiziere und 0,5 % f\u00fcr Mannschaften.<\/p>\n<h3>Wachsende Nachfrage nach Seeleuten<\/h3>\n<p>Der Seemannsarbeitskr\u00e4ftebericht wird alle f\u00fcnf Jahre ver\u00f6ffentlicht und bietet eine Analyse des Gleichgewichts zwischen Angebot und Nachfrage nach STCW-zertifizierten Seeleuten. Der aktuelle Bericht zeigt, dass die Nachfrage nach diesen Fachkr\u00e4ften seit dem letzten Bericht im Jahr 2021 um 35 % gestiegen ist.
