In dieser Funktion wird sie Teil des F\u00fchrungsteams in Frankreich und berichtet direkt an Fran\u00e7ois Regnier, den Generaldirektor von FM Logistic Frankreich.<\/p>\n<h3>Beruflicher Werdegang und Qualifikationen<\/h3>\n<p>Die promovierte Apothekerin hat ihr Studium 1999 abgeschlossen. Taillandier verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen MBA in Management und Marketing der Offizin-Apotheke sowie \u00fcber mehrere spezialisierte Universit\u00e4tsabschl\u00fcsse, unter anderem in Phyto-Aromatherapie, Di\u00e4tetik, Nutritherapie und Nutraceutika.<\/p>\n<p>Ihre berufliche Laufbahn begann sie in einer Apotheke, wo sie \u00fcber zw\u00f6lf Jahre als verantwortliche Apothekerin t\u00e4tig war. Anschliessend wechselte sie zu SAFE Augy, wo sie als verantwortliche Apothekerin f\u00fcr die \u00dcberwachung und Kontrolle der pharmazeutischen Aktivit\u00e4ten im Zusammenhang mit der Herstellung von tiermedizinischen Lebensmitteln zust\u00e4ndig war. Danach arbeitete sie bei Phoenix Pharma in Auxerre als delegierte Apothekerin und \u00fcbernahm sp\u00e4ter die Position der Direktorin in der Niederlassung in Troyes. In dieser Rolle war sie f\u00fcr die Produktion und Logistik des Standorts verantwortlich, \u00fcberwachte die Qualit\u00e4t und Sicherheit der Produkte, f\u00fchrte Audits durch und setzte Korrektur- sowie Pr\u00e4ventivma\u00dfnahmen um.<\/p>\n<h3>Strategische Ziele und Erwartungen<\/h3>\n<p>Regnier \u00e4usserte sich positiv \u00fcber die Ernennung von Taillandier:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201eWir freuen uns sehr, B\u00e9atrice in unserem F\u00fchrungsteam willkommen zu heissen.
