Mit dem hochautomatisierten Fulfillment Center wird ICA Sweden die Effizienz seiner Prozesse erh\u00f6hen und die Auslieferungen an die Filialen signifikant beschleunigen.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Marchtrenk\/Solna) Ein 30 Meter hohes Tiefk\u00fchl-Palettenlager versorgt das hochdynamisches Shuttle-System mit Nachschub. Letzteres erlaubt den direkten Zugriff auf jeden einzelnen Artikel und erm\u00f6glicht so k\u00fcrzeste Durchlaufzeiten. Um die Filialbestellungen zu kommissionieren, wird die ben\u00f6tigte Ware ausgelagert, sequenziert und anschlie\u00dfend an Palettierstationen voll- bzw. teilautomatisch zu filialgerechten Rollcontainern zusammengestellt. Die verschiedenen Funktionsbereiche der Anlage sind mit energieeffizienter Paletten-, Karton- sowie Beh\u00e4lterf\u00f6rdertechnik verbunden.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Effiziente Filialbelieferung<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Die TGW Warehouse Software sorgt f\u00fcr die optimale Anordnung der Artikel, um den Aufwand f\u00fcr das Bef\u00fcllen der Regale in den Filialen so gering wie m\u00f6glich zu halten. Die kompakte Anordnung der einzelnen Module erlaubt zudem eine deutliche Reduktion des zu k\u00fchlenden Raumvolumens im Vergleich zur manuellen Kommissionierung. Das unterst\u00fctzt ICA beim Erreichen seiner Nachhaltigkeitsziele.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Module wurden f\u00fcr den anspruchsvollen Einsatz in der Tiefk\u00fchlumgebung bei -25 Grad Celsius konzipiert: Sie decken den Lagerprozess ebenso ab wie Kommissionierung und Palettierung.
