Er folgt damit auf Enrique Enrich, der das Unternehmen seit Dezember 2020 geleitet hat. Dieser Wechsel wird als bedeutender Schritt f\u00fcr die Kontinuit\u00e4t und Weiterentwicklung von Scania in Italien betrachtet, insbesondere in einer Zeit, in der der Sektor sich zunehmend in Richtung effizienterer und serviceorientierter L\u00f6sungen transformiert.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend der Amtszeit von Enrich hat Scania seine Marktposition in Italien gest\u00e4rkt. Dazu geh\u00f6rte die Erweiterung des H\u00e4ndler- und Werkstattnetzes, die Ausweitung des Produktangebots sowie die Einf\u00fchrung neuer Technologien. Zudem wurden erhebliche Investitionen in die Dienstleistungen, die Digitalisierung und die Kundenbetreuung get\u00e4tigt, was zum kontinuierlichen Wachstum der Marke beigetragen hat.<\/p>\n<p>Enrich \u00e4usserte sich zu seinem Abschied: \u201eEs war ein gro\u00dfes Privileg, Scania Italien in diesen Jahren zu leiten. Wir haben bedeutende Herausforderungen erfolgreich gemeistert und unsere Organisation sowie die Kundenbetreuung gest\u00e4rkt. Ich habe immer an den strategischen Wert des Services geglaubt und freue mich, das Zepter an Fredrik weiterzugeben, mit dem ich diese Vision teile. Ich bin \u00fcberzeugt, dass er mit seiner umfangreichen internationalen Erfahrung und seinem tiefen Verst\u00e4ndnis des italienischen Marktes das Unternehmen zu neuen, ehrgeizigen Zielen f\u00fchren kann.\u201c Enrich, der 1997 zum Scania-Konzern kam, wird eine neue, bedeutende Rolle innerhalb der Organisation \u00fcbernehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Swartling bringt eine umfassende Erfahrung im Scania-Konzern mit. Er hat an der Universit\u00e4t Link\u00f6ping in Schweden Elektronikingenieurwesen studiert und seine Karriere vor \u00fcber 20 Jahren bei Scania begonnen. In dieser Zeit hat er verschiedene Positionen im Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung innegehabt, insbesondere in der Software- und Euro VI-Nachbehandlungssystementwicklung. Seit 2016 arbeitet er in Italien und hat dort zunehmend Verantwortung im Bereich der Dienstleistungen \u00fcbernommen. Swartling hat massgeblich zur Entwicklung des Angebots von Scania Italien beigetragen und die Beziehung zwischen den Kunden und dem Servicenetzwerk gest\u00e4rkt. In den letzten Jahren leitete er zahlreiche strategische Projekte im Bereich der Serviceinnovation, darunter Scania Fleet Care, On-Site und Services 360, die den Kunden helfen, ihre Gesch\u00e4fte effizienter und optimierter zu verwalten.<\/p>\n<p>Swartling kommentierte seine Ernennung:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201eIch bin sehr stolz auf diese Nominierung, die zweifellos ein Zeichen des Vertrauens und der Anerkennung ist, nicht nur f\u00fcr mich, sondern auch f\u00fcr die Arbeit des Scania-Teams in einem dynamischen und strategischen Markt wie Italien.
