Die moderne Logistikimmobilie in Sulech\u00f3w ist bereits vor Baubeginn vollst\u00e4ndig an den Online-Anbieter preisreduzierter Premium- und Luxusmode BestSecret mit Sitz in Aschheim bei M\u00fcnchen vermietet. Gemeinsam mit dem B\u00fcrgermeister der Gemeinde Sulech\u00f3w sowie mit Vertretern von BestSecret legte Panattoni im September den Grundstein f\u00fcr den neuen Park. <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Sulechow, PL) Die Immobilie verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine Gesamtnutzfl\u00e4che von 88.500 m\u00b2, davon sind 46.500 m\u00b2 Hallen-, 29.500 m\u00b2 Mezzanin- und 10.500 m\u00b2 B\u00fcrofl\u00e4che. Zudem besteht die M\u00f6glichkeit einer Erweiterung um zus\u00e4tzliche 42.000 m\u00b2. BestSecret liefert Waren in 27 europ\u00e4ische L\u00e4nder, dabei wird der Standort in Sulech\u00f3w ein zentrales Glied in der Lieferkette des Unternehmens bilden. Das Unternehmen sieht vor, vom Panattoni Park aus jeden seiner M\u00e4rkte zu beliefern und daf\u00fcr neue Arbeitspl\u00e4tze in der Region zu schaffen. Die Immobilie wird etappenweise zwischen Januar und Juni 2023 an den neuen Nutzer \u00fcbergeben.<\/p>\n<p>Ein zentraler Vorteil des polnischen Panattoni Park Sulech\u00f3w III ist seine N\u00e4he zur deutschen Grenze, die nur etwas \u00fcber eine Stunde von der im Bau befindlichen Logistikimmobilie entfernt liegt. Zudem ist die Hauptstadt der Woiwodschaft, Zielona G\u00f3ra, nur 30 Minuten entfernt. Das ist f\u00fcr den langfristigen Zugriff auf Arbeitskr\u00e4fte ein wichtiger Vorteil. Daf\u00fcr muss die Immobilie hohe Standards in der Energieeffizienz erf\u00fcllen, einschlie\u00dflich komplexer Messsysteme und intelligenter Beleuchtung. F\u00fcr eine Ber\u00fccksichtigung des sozialen Nachhaltigkeitsaspekts steht das Wohlbefinden der k\u00fcnftigen Arbeitskr\u00e4fte im Fokus. Daf\u00fcr wird das Geb\u00e4ude \u00fcber einen besseren Zugang zu nat\u00fcrlichem Licht in den B\u00fcror\u00e4umen verf\u00fcgen sowie eine angemessene Raumakustik sicherstellen. Au\u00dferdem wird Panattoni auf dem Gel\u00e4nde des Logistikzentrums Einrichtungen f\u00fcr Radfahrer sowie Ladestationen f\u00fcr Elektrofahrzeuge bereitstellen und den Erhalt der \u00f6rtlichen Artenvielfalt anstreben.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eBestSecret erm\u00f6glichen wir mit dem neuen Park in Sulech\u00f3w weiteres Wachstum in einer Region mit herausragender Lage und Anbindung in andere europ\u00e4ische L\u00e4nder.
