Diese Auszeichnung wurde im Rahmen einer feierlichen Zeremonie am Standort Manila von Columbia Shipmanagement \u00fcberreicht. Dabei anwesend waren (v.l.n.r.) Caditan hob hervor, dass die Zug\u00e4nglichkeit und Unterst\u00fctzung der Mentoren entscheidend f\u00fcr ihre Entwicklung waren.<\/p>\n<p>In Anbetracht der wachsenden Herausforderungen im maritimen Sektor, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Crewengp\u00e4sse und die Anforderungen der International Maritime Organization, hat\u00a0 die Columbia Group k\u00fcrzlich ihr Trainingsprogramm f\u00fcr Kadetten verbessert.
