Diese Massnahme stellt einen bedeutenden Schritt in der Erneuerung des Flughafens dar und unterst\u00fctzt die Umsetzung des Masterplans f\u00fcr das Schiphol Centre.<\/p>\n<h3>Langfristige Entwicklung des Flughafens<\/h3>\n<p>Der Masterplan beschreibt die Entwicklung von Schiphol in den n\u00e4chsten 25 Jahren zu einem qualitativ hochwertigen und nachhaltigeren Flughafen, der im Einklang mit seiner Umgebung steht. Ziel ist es, die Passagiererfahrung, die Arbeitsbedingungen und den Service f\u00fcr Fluggesellschaften zu verbessern. Gleichzeitig arbeitet Schiphol daran, den L\u00e4rm zu reduzieren und die Nachhaltigkeit weiter zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n<p>Mit der neuen Vereinbarung zwischen Schiphol und KLM werden drei wesentliche Entwicklungen erm\u00f6glicht. Erstens wird Platz f\u00fcr die zuk\u00fcnftige Flugzeugflotte geschaffen, indem neue Abstellfl\u00e4chen f\u00fcr gr\u00f6ssere Flugzeuge bereitgestellt werden. Zweitens wird die Entwicklung des neuen Terminals S\u00fcd erm\u00f6glicht, der sicherstellt, dass Schiphol den wachsenden Anforderungen der Reisenden gerecht wird. Schliesslich investieren KLM und Schiphol gemeinsam in eine gest\u00e4rkte Luftfrachtbranche f\u00fcr die Niederlande.<\/p>\n<h3>Investitionen in die Frachtbranche<\/h3>\n<p>Im Einklang mit den strategischen Zielen investiert Schiphol auch in die Zukunft des Frachtsektors. Die KLM-Geb\u00e4ude werden in die neu zu entwickelnde Frachtanlage \u201eVracht 15\u201c im S\u00fcdosten von Schiphol verlagert. Hier entsteht ein moderner, zentral organisierter und leicht zug\u00e4nglicher Frachtbereich, der mehr Raum f\u00fcr Effizienz, gute Arbeitsbedingungen und nachhaltige L\u00f6sungen bietet. Auch die Geb\u00e4ude von KLM Catering Services und Topside werden an neue Standorte innerhalb von Schiphol verlagert.<\/p>\n<h3>N\u00e4chste Schritte im Projekt<\/h3>\n<p>Nach der Unterzeichnung dieser Vereinbarung werden Schiphol und KLM die n\u00e4chste Phase des Projekts einleiten. Kurzfristig beginnt die Entwurfsphase f\u00fcr das neue Frachtgeb\u00e4ude im S\u00fcdosten von Schiphol. Der Ausschreibungsprozess f\u00fcr Architekten l\u00e4uft bereits.
