Dieses Schiff wurde f\u00fcr den Einsatz in K\u00fcstenn\u00e4he sowie f\u00fcr eine Vielzahl von Verteidigungs- und kommerziellen Anwendungen konzipiert. Der gesamte Entwicklungsprozess, von der ersten Entwurfsphase bis hin zu den Seeerprobungen, wurde innerhalb eines Jahres abgeschlossen, wie Saronic mitteilt. Dies stelle einen Zeitrahmen dar, der im amerikanischen Schiffbau seit dem Zweiten Weltkrieg nicht mehr erreicht wurde.<\/p>\n<h3>Technische Spezifikationen und Einsatzm\u00f6glichkeiten<\/h3>\n<p>Die &#8222;Marauder&#8220; ist nach Herstellerinformationen f\u00fcr langwierige und anspruchsvolle Missionen ausgelegt, bei denen die Besatzungen Risiken ausgesetzt sind. Das Schiff kann entweder vollautonom oder unter Fern\u00fcberwachung betrieben werden und weitab von der K\u00fcste zu operieren. Dies reduziert die Notwendigkeit einer kompletten Besatzung und die damit verbundenen Gefahren.<\/p>\n<p>Mit \u00fcber 25 Knoten Maximalgeschwindigkeit und einer Reichweite von bis zu 5.400 Seemeilen ist die Marauder gem\u00e4ss Saronic in der Lage, schnell ihre Position zu wechseln und Operationen \u00fcber grosse Strecken hinweg zu verfolgen. Die Nutzlastkapazit\u00e4t betr\u00e4gt 150 Tonnen, wobei das Schiff f\u00fcr bis zu vier 40-Fu\u00df- oder acht 20-Fu\u00df-ISO-Container konfiguriert werden kann. Dies soll es den Betreibenden erm\u00f6glichen, die Missionslast des Schiffs an ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse anzupassen.
