Dieses gr\u00f6ssere Flugzeug ersetzt die bisherige Boeing 757 und soll die direkte Anbindung sowie die Kapazit\u00e4t erh\u00f6hen und die betriebliche Effizienz steigern.<\/p>\n<p>Die Route wurde im September 2024 eingef\u00fchrt, als FedEx seine direkte Pr\u00e4senz in Honduras etablierte. Seitdem ist die Nachfrage der Kunden kontinuierlich gestiegen. Mit der Einf\u00fchrung des gr\u00f6sseren Flugzeugs verdoppelt sich die t\u00e4gliche Frachtkapazit\u00e4t auf \u00fcber 45 t, was die M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr den Transport von Schwerlastfracht erheblich erweitert. Diese verbesserte Anbindung ist besonders wichtig f\u00fcr die honduranische Wirtschaft, da die USA der gr\u00f6sste Handelspartner des Landes sind.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eUnsere Hauptmission besteht darin, das Umsatz- und Betriebsergebnis zu steigern und honduranischen Unternehmen zu helfen, erfolgreich zu sein\u201c, erkl\u00e4rte Basil Khalil, Vizepr\u00e4sident f\u00fcr Betrieb in der Karibik und Mittelamerika bei FedEx. \u201eDurch die Umstellung auf die Boeing 767 konzentrieren wir uns darauf, zuverl\u00e4ssige und effiziente Logistikl\u00f6sungen anzubieten, die es diesen Unternehmen erm\u00f6glichen, internationale M\u00e4rkte zu erschliessen, global zu konkurrieren und den Handel in der Region voranzutreiben.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich hat FedEx seine Pr\u00e4senz in Honduras durch die Er\u00f6ffnung der ersten beiden FedEx Ship Centers erweitert.
