Auf einer Fl\u00e4che von rund 60.000 Quadratmetern wurde eine moderne Infrastruktur geschaffen, die auf den Umschlag und die technische Bearbeitung von Schwergut und komplexen Projektladungen ausgerichtet ist. Die offizielle Einweihung wurde von Axel Krichel, Vorstandsmitglied und COO der BLG-Gruppe, zusammen mit Senatorin Kristina Vogt und Matthias Magnor, dem Vorstandsvorsitzenden von BLG, vorgenommen.<\/p>\n<h3>Infrastruktur f\u00fcr High &amp; Heavy Projektlogistik<\/h3>\n<p>Der S\u00fcdhafen \u201eRoter Sand\u201c ist speziell auf die Anforderungen der High &amp; Heavy Projektlogistik ausgelegt. Direkt an der Kaje stehen vier Hallen f\u00fcr technische Arbeiten zur Verf\u00fcgung. Das zentrale Element des neuen Areals ist Halle 14, die mit einem Deckenkran ausgestattet ist und die M\u00f6glichkeit bietet, Gro\u00dfkomponenten direkt am Wasser zu montieren.<\/p>\n<p>Zwei Liegepl\u00e4tze mit einer Gesamtl\u00e4nge von 600 Metern sind f\u00fcr Deep-Sea-RoRo-Carrier vorgesehen. Um die sichere Befestigung gro\u00dfer Schiffe zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, wurden elf neue Hochpoller installiert. Die Infrastruktur wird durch eine moderne IT-Anbindung erg\u00e4nzt, die durch eine eigens vom Kaiserhafen verlegte Lichtwellenleitung realisiert wurde.<\/p>\n<h3>Erweiterung der Kapazit\u00e4ten in Bremerhaven<\/h3>\n<p>Mit dieser Investition erweitert BLG LOGISTICS die Kapazit\u00e4ten im Bereich Schwergut- und Projektlogistik in Bremerhaven. Die Einweihung markiert einen bedeutenden Schritt nach einer l\u00e4ngeren Bau- und Planungsphase, die unter anderem durch den Einsatz von Ersatzbaustoffen zus\u00e4tzliche Herausforderungen mit sich brachte.<\/p>\n<p>Senatorin Kristina Vogt \u00e4u\u00dferte sich positiv \u00fcber den neuen Standort: \u201eMit dem neuen Standort kann sich Bremerhaven im Bereich Schwergut und Projektladungen noch besser entwickeln. Das sorgt f\u00fcr mehr Kapazit\u00e4ten und effizientere Abl\u00e4ufe und st\u00e4rkt zugleich die Bedeutung des Hafens f\u00fcr die Wirtschaft im Land.\u201c Sie betonte, dass die Investition von BLG ein starkes Signal f\u00fcr die Schaffung einer verl\u00e4sslichen Hafeninfrastruktur sei, die Unternehmen k\u00fcrzere Wege und mehr Planungssicherheit bei anspruchsvollen Transporten erm\u00f6gliche.<\/p>\n<p>Axel Krichel erg\u00e4nzte: \u201eDer Standort \u201aRoter Sand\u2018 ist unsere verl\u00e4ngerte Werkbank mit Wasseranschluss und ein klares Bekenntnis zum Bereich High &amp; Heavy. Mit dieser Fl\u00e4che erschlie\u00dfen wir neue Gesch\u00e4ftsfelder innerhalb der Projektlogistik und schaffen zus\u00e4tzliche Kapazit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr technische Dienstleistungen direkt an der Kaje.\u201c<\/p>\n<h3>Wichtiger Standort im europ\u00e4ischen RoRo-Verkehr<\/h3>\n<p>Der High-&amp;-Heavy-Bereich auf dem BLG AutoTerminal Bremerhaven z\u00e4hlt zu den f\u00fchrenden Standorten im europ\u00e4ischen RoRo-Verkehr. Mit einem Umschlagsvolumen von rund einer Million Tonnen High-&amp;-Heavy-G\u00fctern pro Jahr geh\u00f6rt das Terminal zu den gr\u00f6\u00dften seiner Art in Europa.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e4hrlich werden etwa 1.000 Abfahrten zu mehr als 200 H\u00e4fen weltweit durchgef\u00fchrt, was vielf\u00e4ltige Verbindungen f\u00fcr die internationale Projektlogistik erm\u00f6glicht. Der neue Standort erweitert die bestehenden Kapazit\u00e4ten insbesondere im Bereich technischer Bearbeitung und wasserseitiger Projektabwicklung.
